Agave Core is made from the flower stems of the Agave plant — a natural by-product of Sisal fibre production. The long continuous fibre structure naturally captures a high amount of air within the material while running through the core structure. This creates a unique balance of lightweight construction, structural stability and natural response.
Intelligent material architecture means selecting materials based on their natural strengths instead of following traditional industry standards. ACORA combines materials according to the demands of the rider — creating boards where every component has a purpose. From performance models to custom-built solutions, each board is developed to meet the specific requirements of the rider and discipline.
Agave offers natural flex thanks to its long-grown fibre structure, resulting in stronger, longer-lasting pop than traditional foam.
Agave blank offcuts and shaping waste are 100% biodegradable, made entirely of plant fibres. Its natural fibre structure makes it stronger than foam — and therefore far more durable.
